The construction of female genitalia has both functional and aesthetic considerations. Pertinent literature review was conducted and this study addresses the patients’ view of what is aesthetically pleasing. Their view helps guide the creative surgical process. Aside from the obvious technical challenge is the added nuance of re-creating feminine curves and fold while maintaining viability and sensibility. This article merges the desires of the patient with the skills available at this time.
